Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-2 Days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 Days to let you know your order is on the way! 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 2 Days using Royal Mails delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of £10 applies to orders shipping within the UK. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer international shipping to most countries. INTERNATIONAL Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Made in Africa Brand is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 20 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will exchange items. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@madeinafricabrand.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
